Shipping Policy

At Playas Klub, every release is created with intention, exclusivity, and quality. Some items may be made through a limited pre-order system, while others may be available on hand and ready to ship. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are currently in production and are made in limited batches.

Estimated Shipping Window: 4–8 weeks from the order date

This timeline may include order confirmation, material sourcing, cutting, stitching, logo application, quality control, packaging, and final fulfillment.

Please note that most limited items may not restock once they sell out. Ordering early helps secure your piece before the batch closes.

Pre-Made / On-Hand Items

Items labeled “On Hand” are already in stock and ready to ship.

Shipping Time: 2–3 business days

On-hand items are available while supplies last and may include accessories, leftover stock, or select limited pieces.

Tracking & Fulfillment

Tracking information will be emailed once your shipping label has been created.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

If your order includes both pre-order and on-hand items, the on-hand item may ship first. Any remaining pre-order items will ship once production is complete.

Important Notes

Playas Klub does not offer expedited shipping on pre-order items.

Playas Klub is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
