Refund policy
All sales are final at Playas Klub. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pklub1911@gmail.com.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your order confirmation and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, worn items, used items, or items not in original condition.
Incorrect Address / Return to Sender
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Playas Klub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, unclaimed package, or any “Return to Sender” reason, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee to have the order resent.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
