Shipping policy

At Playas Klub, some items are available through pre-order, while others may be ready to ship. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are not ready to ship immediately. These items are made in limited batches and begin processing after your order is placed.

Estimated shipping time for pre-order items is 4–8 weeks from the order date.

This timeline may include order processing, material sourcing, production, quality checks, packaging, and fulfillment. Larger drops, high order volume, or production delays may extend the shipping window.

Pre-order items are limited and may not restock once sold out.

On-Hand Items

Items listed as “On Hand” are already in stock and ready to ship.

On-hand items usually ship within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Availability is limited and only applies to select products.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your shipping label is created.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

If your order includes both pre-order and on-hand items, they may ship separately. Pre-order items will ship once production is complete.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Playas Klub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, unclaimed package, or “Return to Sender” reason, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to have the order resent.

Important Notes

We do not offer expedited shipping on pre-order items.

Once a package has been given to the shipping carrier, Playas Klub is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or issues outside of our control.
